**Responsibilities**: - ValueLabsGlobal Solutions Pte ltd is seeking a Vice President - Develop and implement tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions. - Provide tax advice and guidance to management and other stakeholders. - Ensure compliance with all relevant tax laws, regulations, and industry standards. - Identify and mitigate tax risks, including transfer pricing, withholding taxes, and other compliance issues. - Develop and maintain policies and procedures to ensure compliance with tax laws and regulations. - Develop and implement international tax strategies to minimize tax liabilities and optimize tax benefits. - Collaborate with Global Mobility team to ensure compliance with international tax laws and regulations. - Provide guidance on tax implications of cross-border transactions and investments. - Lead the company's response to tax audits and controversies. - Collaborate with external auditors and tax advisors to resolve audit issues. - Develop and implement strategies to minimize audit risk and resolve controversies. - Develop and implement tax-efficient structuring of transactions, including mergers and acquisitions, joint ventures, and other business arrangements. - Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure tax implications are considered in business decisions. - Provide guidance on tax implications of financial transactions and investments. - Lead and manage a team of tax professionals, including tax managers, tax analysts, and other support staff. - Develop and implement training programs to ensure tax professionals have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles. - Foster a culture of compliance and tax excellence within the organization.
