To ensure seamless customer experience, we are on the hunt for a **Retail Excellence Executive (Operations)** rockstar to be based in our Singapore office. This person will work with a team of like-minded individuals, to ensure that we continue to think and act customer-first to our users.

**What you’ll do**:

- Collaborate with Category and Merchandising teams to coordinate inventory submissions from brand partners, and to anticipate potential operational risks/issues
- Establish standard operating procedures (SOP) to collaborate with brand partners on inventory submission and delivery of in-store assets, and to execute on it

- Work closely with merchandising, marketing and product teams to ensure seamless journeys for user experiences and merchant partnerships
- Analyse and report on inventory and cost performances
- Vendor and transportation cost management
- Regular review of business metrics, to drive areas of improvement to meet/exceed goals

**What you’ll need**:

- Relevant operation experience, preferably in e-commerce or retail industry
- Excellent interpersonal, planning and organization skills to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Positive work attitude and able to work under pressure
- Ability to work independently and proactively
- Good communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with stakeholders of diverse cultures
