JR19863 MGR, F11 PEE DIFF/IMP/RTP OPERATION

**Job Responsibility**:**1.Work with Micron leadership Team to define and drive business goal to meet cooperated objectives.**:**2.Develop **Vision/Mission/Goal/Objective/Strategy **of DIR and Lead Team to accomplish.**:**3.Collaborate w/ Central Team to and Other Fab to drive Quality Task Force. Standardize Reaction Plan**:**4.Establish database for operation control and communication channel with manufacture**:**5.Partner w/ QE to improve and enhance Quality related topic, Ex : FMEA**:**6.Understand and lead effort to meet requirements of internal and external customers**:**7.Engage w/ network to address issue of delivery, quality, performance to meet requirements and expectation**:
**Education**:**Master degree or equivalent experience of engineer field**:
**Requirements**:**1.Maximum 3 years senior engineer or equivalent level of experience**:**2.Knowledge of Diffusion Process**:**3.Stronger Quality Skill**:**4.Excellent communication skill w/ all level include site internal and external customers**:**5.Proven ability to identify, understand, mitigate risk before decision making**:**6.Strong team work and development skill**:**7.Growth mindset**:**8.Lead to change**:
