**Role Overview**

This position is responsible for ensuring a successful global rollout of the SAP S/4HANA system within the Finance function across all legal entities in HSO Division. The role focuses on leading data migration, coordinating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) between Corporate Project team and each entity, and driving finance process standardization to align with SAP S/4HANA best practices. This position serves as a critical link between Finance, IT, and other business functions to ensure seamless system implementation and adoption.

**Duties and Responsibilities**

**Data Migration**
- Lead the end-to-end data extraction, cleansing, transformation, and migration process for all HSO legal entities.
- Collaborate with site teams to ensure data accuracy, integrity, and readiness.
- Develop and execute data migration plans aligned with project timelines.

**Testing Coordination**
- Plan, coordinate, and oversee UAT across HSO entities, ensuring alignment with business requirements.
- Monitor UAT progress, and resolve issues promptly.
- Ensure systems are thoroughly tested and validated before go-live.

**Process Standardization and Documentation**
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define and document standardized finance processes and policies.
- Ensure alignment of processes with SAP S/4HANA functionalities and corporate goals.
- Provide training and guidance to HSO finance teams on new processes.

**Project Collaboration**
- Act as a liaison between the HOYA Corporate project team, HSO Finance team, IT, and external consultants to address implementation needs.
- Track project progress, report on key milestones, and proactively identify challenges.
- Support change management initiatives to ensure smooth adoption of the new system and new processes.

Undertake other duties as necessary.

**Requirements**:
**Experience**
- Minimum 5 years of experience in ERP implementation, with at least 2 years in SAP S/4HANA projects.
- Proven track record in data migration, UAT coordination, and process standardization.
- Strong understanding of finance and accounting processes in a global environment.

**Academic Qualifications**
- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, IT, or a related field.
- Advanced qualifications (e.g., CPA, CMA, or SAP certifications) are a plus.
