Our client, a leading European bank is seeking a dynamic, and passionate Product Owner to work across various digital initiatives including some business transformation projects

Roles:

- Collaborating with prospective users and stakeholders to understand and anticipate their needs, and translate them into product requirements.
- Defining the vision for the team’s product.
- Creating a product roadmap based on this vision.
- Managing the product backlog and prioritizing them based on changing requirements.
- Refine and write user stories, provide guidance to the scrum team on user behaviour and to enhance user experience.
- Help drive development, identify areas for improvement through data analysis, and promote continuous improvement to enable us to achieve our strategic goals.
- Overseeing all stages of product creation including design and development.
- Developing user stories.
- Monitoring and evaluating product progress at each stage of the process.
- Participating in Scrum meetings and product sprints.**Requirements**:

- Min 8 years of experience with 3+ years experience in a Product Owner role, thriving in a collaborative team, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with various banking products such as FX, Bonds, Equities, derivatives will be big plus
- Experience in digitalization initiatives is a big plus
- Problem solvers who can think out of the box
- Prior experience in business analysis role
- Experience in agile is a plus
