**COOK Full Time**:
**Responsibilities**:

- Oversee the preparation and cooking of Chinese noodles and other dishes.
- Ensure the quality and consistency of food products.
- Help with customer orders and handle cash transactions.
- Chopping and peeling of vegetables and meat to maintain the freshness and quality of ingredients.
- Ensure proper storage of food and cleanliness of the store.
- Monitor ingredients stock level and report shortages or excesses.

Job Requirements:

- Minimum N/O Levels or equivalent educational background.
- Mandatory food and hygiene certification.
- Minimum 1 year of relevant cooking experience, preferably in Chinese cuisine.
- Passion for Chinese cuisine and a strong interest in cooking.
- Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and handle high-pressure situations.
- Willingness to commit to long working hours and weekends.

**Job Details**:
Full-Time Position:

- Working Hours: 5-day week or 6-day week on and able to work on weekends/public holiday
- Working Location: Tai Seng or Orchard Food Republic
- Vacancies: Multiple
