WHO ARE WE LOOKING FOR?

WHAT WILL YOU WORK ON?

You will utilize exceptional customer service skills, sales techniques, and product knowledge to connect customers with the right product and drive sales. You will maintain knowledge of all store departments and be able to perform all activities of associates in addition to handling more complex transactions or customer service situations. You will provide expertise in one or more areas or functions (Shipping and Receiving, Cashier duties, and Sales.) You will seek ongoing training and education to further develop your expertise. You will assist Managers in conducting formal onboarding and training programs for associates. You will assist with loss prevention efforts by providing proactive customer service and coordinating the work of other associates (but not a formal supervisor.) You may have keyholder responsibilities.

CONSUMER EXPERIENCE

You will lead by example and delivery our sales floor service and bring the consumer journey to life. You will be delivering the resources so that the team is equipped with brand knowledge regarding all aspect’s consumer service including digital service enablers. You will complete specific training and share completion with athlete services. You will also be using data and analytics to provide insights and partner to achieve continuous improvement with senior store leadership.

WHAT YOU BRING
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3 years of retail experience
- Ability to communicate in English
- Basic computer skills, including Microsoft Office knowledge
- Must be able to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as needed
- Physical requirements include the ability to twist, bend, squat, reach, climb a ladder and stand for extended periods of time
