We are seeking an exceptional individual to join our team as a Game Operations. As part of our team, you will contribute to the operations of renowned games, focusing on monetization, project management, and strategic analysis.
- Drive end-to-end project formulation, including ideation, planning, release, and ongoing monitoring of projects.
- Collaborate closely with internal stakeholders to develop and execute comprehensive game operations plans.
- Support existing game operations strategies while exploring and implementing new systems to enhance player value and engagement.
- Analyze player data and project results to extract actionable insights that inform decision-making and drive improvements. Effectively communicate project recommendations and outcomes to key stakeholders, ensuring alignment and understanding across teams.

**Job Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree or above in any related field；
- Deep passion for gaming, coupled with a solid understanding of the gaming industry landscape in Indonesia;
- Strong logical, analytical, and critical thinking skills, with the ability to tackle complex problems and devise innovative solutions;
- Data-driven mindset with experience setting and achieving measurable goals;
- Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting data to drive informed decisions;
- Proven experience in managing multiple projects simultaneously, with exceptional coordination and communication abilities;
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Indonesia, with the ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams.
- Proficiency in Chinese will be a plus, to facilitate effective communication with Chinese-speaking counterparts;
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a multicultural environment;
- Occasional business travel may be required.
