The Senior Producer will be responsible for strategic planning and leading the charge on production with experience and expertise in all markets where work is produced. You are responsible for taking the lead on all aspects of production from the agency briefing right through to delivery, all the while providing consistent, effective and innovative solutions across multiple media and project types.

**As a Senior Producer**
- You are responsible for taking the lead on all TV, KV, Digital & Integrated productions from brief to delivery
- Work closely with creatives and marketing teams to deliver a creative vision
- Work closely with account management teams to ensure on-time delivery and project profitability
- A creative problem solver who anticipates and troubleshoots issues that arise in any production
- Able to guide the team throughout the entire production process
- Nurture the relationship between agencies, clients and our business
- Ensure production is internalized to its full potential
- Have good interpersonal and time management skills
- For this role, have vast experience in the luxury and/or beauty categories
- Seek out new business opportunities

**As a team leader**
- Provide supervision, support, development and mentoring to less senior members of the team
- Educate others and increase knowledge and understanding of agency processes to enhance the efforts of teamwork to improve workflow and efficiency
- Be an inspiration and motivator
- Guide young talent and mentor them in the art of crafting all aspects film
- You have a positive attitude and a passion to make a difference

**Qualifications**
- At least 8+ years experience in an agency and/or a production house. Beauty and skincare experience is a must due to account assigned to this role
- Have the ability to work within a creative environment under high pressure and tight deadlines with strong organisational, co-ordination, written and verbal English language communication skills
- Great attention to detail and an overall sense of responsibility
- Have experience with the various advertising processes such as TV production, shoots, online advertising and print production and the role production plays in each
- Stay current on cultural and industry trends, talent mix, training, integration within agency, organisation, learning, processes, tools, resources, and equipment
- Keep abreast of the latest and best work in advertising and production
- Must know how to line produce
- Proficient in creation and management of production budgets
- Detail oriented and solution driven with the ability to manage both agency and client expectations
