**Project Title**: Burn-In Equipment Operation Excellence
**Project Description**: Work on a project aimed at improving Burn-In machine availability by reducing both scheduled and unscheduled downtime.
**Objectives of the Project**:
- Enhance machine availability and efficiency.
- Identify and implement strategies to minimize downtime.
**Project Scope**:
- Understand the maintenance processes of Burn-In operations.
- Learn basic repair and maintenance techniques for Burn-In equipment.
- Develop project management skills.
**Deliverables**:
- Successfully complete at least one project that improves oven machine availability by reducing either scheduled or unscheduled downtime.
**Required Skillset**:
- Basic understanding of mechanical and electrical systems.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
**Preferred Courses of Study**:
- Mechanical Engineering
- Electrical Engineering
- Industrial Engineering
- Related fields
**Duration**: Minimum 5 months
