Team Introduction:
In line with the globalization strategy and vision of the company, the Global Payments team builds a platform to provide cross-border payment solutions for all ByteDance's products and services, that are growing rapidly worldwide.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for the Global Payment cashier payment method recommendation module, combining local conditions, user habits, payment promotion, payment success rate, cost, and other platform commercial demands to accurately recommend payment method options for users, in order to improve cashier conversion and penetration of specific payment methods.
- Design and iterate the payment method recommendation module infrastructure to meet the needs of different countries and regions, different types of payment methods, and different business lines, ensuring high stability and performance, and supporting agile optimization of strategies.
- Connect various data sources such as user portraits, order information, and payment method success rates, improve the accuracy of payment recommendation strategy.
- Collaborate with multiple cross-functional teams to effectively manage the stakeholder needs of multiple markets/business parties, set up a reasonable payment method recommendation request acceptance process, improve delivery efficiency, and effectively balance various demands such as conversion rate, self-owned payment method penetration rate, channel cooperation, marketing, cost management, etc.

Minimum qualifications:

- 5 years of work experience, with experience in strategy / financial / global payment products.
- Possess strong logical and structured thinking, excellent abstraction and inductive abilities, as well as user experience and business judgment.
- Possess business sensitivity and strong learning ability, able to quickly learn and understand different types of business scenarios such as overseas e-commerce, LIVE, creator tool, etc.
