**Job Descriptions**

**1. Concept Development & Design Execution**

Lead and support the design process from concept development to construction administration, including space planning, schematic design, and detailed documentation.

Develop creative, functional, and visually compelling design solutions that meet client objectives and reflect brand identity.

Prepare design presentations, mood boards, 3D visuals, and material/sample boards for internal and client reviews.

Collaborate closely with Senior Designers, Project Managers, and cross-regional teams to align design vision with project goals.

**2. Client Engagement & Communication**

Participate in client briefings and stakeholder meetings to understand requirements and translate them into innovative spatial solutions.

Present design concepts to clients and user groups with clarity and confidence.

Assist in managing client expectations and feedback throughout the design process.

**3. Technical & Project Coordination**

Work with the technical team to prepare construction and tender documentation.

Coordinate with contractors, consultants, fabricators, and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth project delivery.

Contribute to project budgeting and timelines, supporting efficient and cost-effective outcomes.

**4. Proposals, Pitching & Strategy**

Support the design team in preparing RFP submissions, proposals, and pitch presentations.

Contribute to strategic design thinking that enhances user experience, client engagement, and spatial performance.

**5. Leadership & Team Collaboration**

Take initiative in mentoring outsourced designers and delegating tasks (if required), as well as fostering a collaborative work environment.

Share best practices and drive innovation across projects and design teams.

Stay current with industry trends, sustainable practices, materials, and technologies.

**Job Requirements**
- Bachelor’s degree (or higher) in Interior Design from an accredited school or college
- 4-5+ years of experience in workplace interior design, including on-site/project coordination
- Proven experience as a Project Designer in commercial workplace interior projects
- Skilled in end-to-end design delivery:

- Design management
- Space planning
- Project planning and budgeting
- FF&E specification
- Construction drawing oversight
- Project execution and coordination
- Strong ability to collaborate with consultants, suppliers, and partners
- Capable of leading or supporting projects through all phases
