- Manage day-to-day logistics hub operations

- Assist the Program Lead to oversee the entire contract, ensuring that the contract is completed successfully within pre-agreed schedule, costs and terms.
- Serve as the immediate point of contact for all logistics operations and management services
- Direct engagement with stakeholders and end users which includes regular and adhoc engagements within structured meetings, workgroups and project teams.
- Assist in the implementation of the logistics Management and assets tracking System
- Provide regular reports and provide updates to customer
- Work closely with Sale teams, supporting alignment of processes and procedures;
- Be the main point-of contact for issues on operational, import, export and other matters;
- Conduct and oversee audits of logistics teams;
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams for quality assurance and management;
- Lead the development and monitoring of evaluation models for services provided;
- Evaluate and review performance, in order to drive cost and service improvement initiatives;
- Lead continual review of safety standards and ensure compliance;
- Support logistics service offerings and accounts.

**Job Requirements**
- Minimum **3 to 5 years experience in Warehouse operations.**
