**What are we expecting from you?**

Under the leadership of the Retail Director SEA and in close collaboration with the Maison APAC team, the Client Development Manager is responsible for developing, coordinating & implementing of the Client Development strategy of the Maison for the SEA (Singapore, Malaysia and Thailand) region to improve the acquisition and retention of our client database.

Besides creating exceptional one-to-one client experiences for top clients, you will also develop, monitor and implement tools, processes, and training to retail staff to enhance client experience offline and online, while adhering to brand strategy and directives.

In collaboration with the other functions within the SEA team, you will manage or support in specific projects such as Mystery Shopping, Boutique openings/events and special boutique moments.
