Member Experience Executive

Csuites is seeking a motivated, experienced, and highly organised Member Experience Executive. This role will see you provide five-star service to employees and visitors at the front desk in our renowned site.
This highly visible role will see you exhibit professionalism and sensitivity to issues that arise within Csuites and be required to contribute to the safety and well-being of employees and visitors through the implementation of policies and procedures and provide AV support where necessary. In addition, you will provide administrative assistance to the office, ensure all visitors and staff are greeted and assisted where needed, and monitor and assist with day-to-day hospitality operations as well as managing inbound calls and requests. To assist in ad-hoc tasks when required.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to;
Site Operations:
Support all aspects of day-to-day site operations and provide professional, personable, and authentic hospitality and service experiences for our members, guests and partners. Implement and monitor operating standards and procedures to exceed member expectations and business goals. Welcome and be a host to our members, guests and visitors. Identify opportunities to improve site operations, cleanliness and neatness, facilities and amenity provision and experience.
Facilities Management:
Oversee maintenance, repair and replacements work conducted by vendors. Identify recurring issues and suggest preventive measures. Ensure that the site is run in line with sustainability guidelines and policies for a sustainable and healthy workplace to meet health and wellness certifications.
Events and Meeting Room Operations:
Support all aspects of event and meeting room operations and deliver an exceptional experience from start to finish including identifying clients need, proactively handle any arising issues, and troubleshoot any emerging problems on the event day, ensure compliance with health and safety obligations.
Member & Guest Management:
Build, nurture and support a social, collaborative and cohesive community of members. Seek opportunities to learn more about members, their business and needs, to be able to provide personable and relevant member support. Organise community initiatives and events to bring the community together, inspire and facilitate new member introductions and connections. Address any member queries, concerns and arising issues. Assist members with workplace apps when required. Strive to ahieve the highest level of member satisfaction.
To be a success in this role it is desirable, but not essential to have;- Minimum of 2 years' experience in a corporate, hospitality, membership club, co-working, professional services environment in a similar position.- Be social and passionate, have excellent customer service and highly effective communication skills- Able to handle multiple projects and stakeholders, detailed oriented with a hands-on personality and approach- Experience and understanding of working in a collaborative team environment- Ability to build strong relationships with both external clients and internal staff alike- Maintains a high level of professionalism at all times- Proactive and flexible approach- Highly motivated and able to take initiative- Maintains a clean and tidy work environment at all times.- Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office, database management and internet is essential- Able to provide basic IT, AV support- Have an excellent standard of written and spoken English
