We're looking for a dedicated and dependable construction worker to work on our related construction projects. You'll work on a range of construction projects while adhering to construction plans and instructions from the site supervisor. Prior experience in working on relevant projects and using equipment is needed. Additionally, you need to demonstrate physical strength and endurance and be and be able to perform strenuous physical tasks.The primary responsibility of a construction worker is to complete the building projects in a timely and efficient manner. The job scope includes but not limited to the following tasks and duties:

- Preparing construction sites, materials and tools
- Dismantling building scaffolding, temporary structure and bracing
- Tiling and plastering
- Operating pneumatic hammers, tampers and vibrators
- Mixing, pouring and leveling concrete and asphalt
- Assisting with the transport and operation of equipment and heavy machinery used in construction sites
- Following instructions and orders from construction project managers and supervisors
- Adhering to all safety and health protocols and regulations
- Loading and unloading of building materials, tools and equipment
- Cleaning the construction site by eliminating hazardous items, garbage and debris

**Requirements**:

- No formal qualification is necessary,
- Proven relevant experience as a construction worker with tiling and plastering skills
- Excellent balance and hand-eye coordination
- Knowledge of basic engineering, design and construction principles
- Ability to work independently and with the team
- Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed
- Willingness to undergo training when required
- Maintain good health and physical strength

A valid and relevant BCA certifications for skills and/or coretrade and safety courses such as Construction Safety Orientation Course (CSOC) are preferred
