Responsibilities of Swimming Coaches (Part-Time/Full-Time)

Instruction and Technique Development:
Teach proper swimming techniques, including all four strokes, turns, starts, and finishes. Provide clear demonstrations and personalized feedback to help swimmers improve their efficiency and effectiveness in the water.

Training Program Design:
Create tailored training programs that address swimmers' skill levels, goals, and competition schedules. Develop workouts that focus on building endurance, strength, speed, and overall fitness while minimizing the risk of injury.

Motivation and Goal Setting:
Inspire swimmers to set and work towards their personal and competitive goals. Provide guidance and support to maintain swimmers' motivation, focus, and mental resilience.

Mentorship and Holistic Development:
Serve as a role model and mentor, instilling values of discipline, sportsmanship, teamwork, and leadership. Foster swimmers' personal growth by promoting self-confidence, time management, and positive attitudes both inside and outside the pool.

Communication and Collaboration:
Maintain open and effective communication with swimmers, parents, and other coaching staff. Collaborate with swimmers and parents to align goals, expectations, and progress updates.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent, Freelance

Pay: $30.00 - $60.00 per hour

Expected hours: No less than 5 per week
