**About the Team**:
The role is a critical player in the TikTok SEA Content Strategy and Operations Team (CSO). The team's vision is to amplify the power of our global community, and to drive innovation that serves and connects our unique audiences, wherever they are. CSO team's key objective is to stay competitive and to achieve breakthrough growth through content diversification, creator initiatives and account management. They generate insights into global strategy, transforming Global Content Strategy across Vertical, Community, Programming, and Creators monetisation into Local Market Action Plan tailored to local conditions.

**Responsibilities**:

- Responsible for TikTok South East Asia regional Sports & Gaming vertical operations, determining the strategic direction, data analytics, and for aligning with the Global Content Team, formulating relevant operation plans and their implementation;
- In-depth understanding of the status quo and pain points of vertical operations in Sports & Gaming in SEA countries, aligning vertical operations movements in various countries, and working with XFN teams to streamline operations;
- Develop core indicators of Sports & Gaming vertical operations and continuously monitor the operation performance, identify problems and drive solutions for improvement through data analysis; and discover SEA growth potential;
- Responsible for internal and external XFN collaborations and partnership operation, integrate resources to achieve business goals.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor degree or above, 2-5 years working experience in Internet Product's user operation or content operations. Experience in strategy, partnership, business analysis is a plus.

- Have deep understanding of the Sports & Gaming industry across SEA.
- Solid data analysis skills, data-driven and result-oriented logical thinker; strong planning ability, and able to drive project implementation;
- Strong communication and coordination skills, self starter with teamwork spirit and empathy, able to navigate in a global team efficiently.
