**Roles & Responsibilities
- In charge of Design Team to carry out façade design works.
- Organize and plan a design works to meet construction schedule.
- Prepare and submit drawings for elevation, floor plan and detail drawings according to project specification by ensuring the derivative design drawings are in accordance with the group design guidelines and structural calculations.
- Prepare materials ‘take-off’ for projects by issuing production drawings / cutting lists for fabrication.
- Ensure the design drawings tally with the structural calculations, able to interpret architect's concept requirements & comments and main contractor comment requirements.
- Issuing construction drawings for the project and fixing sub-contractor for site installation.
- Updating “as-built” drawings for final submission.
- Provide leadership and manage the team members in a professional manner, e.g., allocation of work, providing guidelines to them in drafting to maintain the quality, improving productivity, checking drawings and cutting list profiles etc.
- Ensure design, drawings, and all other deliverables meet the standard requirements, specifications and within scope of works.
- Identify additional work/variations to the Project Manager / Contract Manager for processing/approval of the variation order.
- To coordination between Design Team, Consultants, Main Contractor and other contractors.
- Assist site team in resolution of site clashes.
- Participate in workshops and lead, review and comment of shop drawings in terms of constructability, sequencing and ensure quality of the design is maintained throughout.
- Manage the design change process to ensure mínimal impact to project schedule and minimize cost impacts as a result of such design change.
- To resolve any unforeseen interface problems throughout the various design phases.
- Lead and motivated a team of draftspersons to prepare shop drawings, part lists and manufacturing drawings.
- To assist in development of proposals, pricing and presentations for design work.
- Conduct materials planning and work with the purchasing and contracts team to ensure that proper procedures are followed for the order, purchase, and receipt of materials.
- To perform additional assignments as needed to support the department.

**Requirements
- Diploma or Degree in engineering or architectural studies.
- Previous work experience as an AutoCAD drafter.
- Sit for extended periods of time.
- Use of hands to operate computers.
- Advanced knowledge of CAD and AutoCAD software.
- Knowledge of state safety and structure regulations.
- Excellent technical design skills.
- Good communication skills.
- A keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Ability to project manage.
- Ability to collaborate with others to solve problems.
- Some travel may be required.
