JR25450 Reliability Operation Technician
- As a MSB Reliability Lab Process Technician, you will be primarily responsible for supporting the activities of Rel Operation and Process Engineers in quality improvement and ramping all new technologies while focusing on being cost effective in manufacturing. You will collaborate with the Process Engineers across all technologies to facilitate analysis, execution, and implementation of process changes, setting up / updating operational procedure and specifications, as well as conducting training to Operation team. Additional responsibilities include engaging in continuous development of process knowledge, implementing new process, equipment and/or material, supporting qualification lots, performing engineering evaluations and data collection as well as working on other continuous improvement projects as assigned.

**Responsibilities and Tasks**

CSAM operation:

- To perform work on CSAM operation
- Understand and able to perform troubleshooting for CSAM equipment
- To fulfil all CSAM request within TAT

Reliability Operation:

- To support Reliability Operation in execute daily request with compliance of JEDEC standard of rel process below:

- Highly Accelerated Temperature and Humidity Stress
- Temperature Cycling
- Temperature Humidity Storage
- High Temp Storage
- Etc.

Assist in Evaluate and Improve Processes, Materials, and/or Equipment
- Identify, investigate, and document process deviations.
- Troubleshoot process deviations using systematic troubleshooting techniques.
- Troubleshoot process problems and determine the best course of action.
- Assist engineer with process developments.
- Monitor metrics associated to process capability and robustness.

Support in development/improvement of Process, Equipment and/or Material
- Assist Engineer in conducting experiments (DOE)
- Understand factors that impact process quality and propose solutions
- Understand process limits and capabilities (CpK) and support process improvement evaluations

Assist in implementation of New Process and Process Changes to Operation
- Assist Engineer in maintaining operation procedures/specification
- Familiarize with reliability process procedure.
- Coordinate and conduct training/briefing for operation team on operation procedures

**Education**

Required Certificate
- Diploma in Engineering
- Basic knowledge in semiconductor manufacturing techniques and technologies

**Experience**

Fresh graduate is welcome

5+ years experience(for senior technician role) involved in any of the following:

- Reliability/Quality
- Failure Analysis
- PCB Assembly manufacturing and SMT Qualifications
- Rotating Shift
