We are seeking a dynamic and creative Social Media Marketer to join our team on a freelance basis. As a Social Media Marketer, you will be responsible for developing engaging content, managing social media platforms, and fostering online communities to enhance brand visibility and customer engagement. This role requires weekly meetings for content creation and strategy discussions, with additional remote work flexibility during weekdays.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute social media marketing strategies to increase brand awareness and drive traffic to our platforms.
- Create compelling and shareable content across various social media channels, including but not limited to Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
- Monitor social media trends and audience preferences to optimize content performance and engagement.
- Engage with followers and respond to inquiries, comments, and messages in a timely manner.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop innovative campaigns and promotions.
- Analyze social media metrics and insights to evaluate campaign effectiveness and adjust strategies as needed.

**Requirements**:

- Proven experience as a Social Media Marketer or similar role.
- Proficient in using social media management tools and analytics platforms.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Creative thinker with a passion for storytelling and content creation.
- Strong understanding of social media algorithms and best practices.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.

**Schedule**:

- Weekly meetings for content creation and strategy discussions (during weekends).
- Remote work flexibility for 2 hours a day on weekdays.

**Note**:This is a freelance position with the potential for long-term collaboration.
