Singapore Moving Bits Full time

Moving Bits is looking for a Film Creative to work closely with a tight-knit creative team to conceptualise, write and produce great work for all things advertising. The Film Creative should have a strong working knowledge of the digital media landscape and industry trends. You will be involved in all stages of production, from brief to delivery.

Key Responsibilities
- Interpret creative briefs and have a clear understanding of the objectives and work required.
- Develop ideas and concepts often in partnership with the creative team and account managers across a wide array of industries (both B2B and B2C)
- Revise or redevelop pitches for ads and campaigns in response to feedback from the creative team, account team, or clients.
- Oversee campaigns from the pre-production stage to completion.
- Build decks and present ideas to internal teams and clients.
- Familiarise with clients’ products/services, target audience and their competitors’ activities.
- Execute work on multiple campaigns when required.
- Keep up to date with popular culture, trends, and digital media.
- Direct videos (and other campaign deliverables if necessary)

**Requirements**:

- 2 years of directing experience in a production setting (producing experience is a plus)
- Ability to conceptualise original, refreshing and impactful ideas and treatments while still adhering to the client's objectives.
- Excellent teamwork, communication and interpersonal skills.
- Good time management and organisation with acute attention to detail.
- A natural connector with good interpersonal skills.
- Results-driven and adaptable to a high-performance culture.
- High level of personal credibility, dependability, and accountability.
- Demonstrated ability to prioritise and manage multiple projects and problem-solve on the fly.
- Proactive and reliable; driven to achieve team goals.
