**Job Description
**Responsibilities**
- Perform daily culinary operations and coordination ensure timely execution of daily meals to customers
- Thoroughly understand customer requirements and attributes to ensure their integrity
- Execution of food production in accordance with the process flow and procedure
- Work closely with his/ her team on day-to-day operational issues and ensure that product and service standards are maintained at all time
- Ensure that records are filled and ensure of their integrity
- Report any faulty equipment
- Work with the culinary team on cyclical menu execution
- Ensuring all kitchen forms are updated during food production
- Observe workplace safety and food safety during food production

**Requirements**:

- Able to work with Executive Chef's instruction
- Able to work shift hours
- Possesses adequate knife skill and interpersonal skill
