**What you will do**:
We are looking for Procurement Manager/Category Manager to support on lead procurement team in Singapore through the purchasing process from selecting suppliers, as well as provide guidance on sourcing and procurement processes,

**How you will do it**:

- Developing procurement strategies that are inventive and cost-effective.
- Sourcing and validating, introducing and engaging reliable suppliers and vendors.
- Managing direct supply base for field business in India
- Negotiating with suppliers and vendors to secure advantageous terms.
- Reviewing existing contracts to ensure on-going feasibility.
- Building and maintaining long-term relationships with suppliers.
- Making sourcing decisions and approving purchase.
- Performing risk assessments on potential contracts and SOWs.
- Controlling the procurement budget and promoting a culture of long-term saving on procurement costs.
- Driving the improvement of trade working capital
- Overseeing and managing the IT systems that track the supply of goods.
- Commit to the elimination of unsafe conditions, using appropriate PPE equipment and complying with pre-established rules (Environmental, Occupational Health and Safety and Quality), being aware of internal policies and procedures.
- Commit to the company's mission, values, policies and objectives, complying with the rules, instructions, internal procedures and the integrated management system, ensuring quality, work safety, the environment and preventive medicine, in order to contribute to the valuing people, optimizing processes, sustainable development and better service to internal and external customers.

**What we look for**:

- Bachelor degree in technical field or other relevant area, more than 10-15 years of proven experience in roles similar
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, and Access).
- Proven experience managing procurement/sourcing organization.
- Experience using supply chain management software and tools, including Oracle, SAP Ariba, and/or Envision.
- In-depth knowledge of preparing and reviewing contracts, invoicing, and negotiation terms.
- Management and leadership skills.
- Highly organized and detail oriented.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Solid stakeholder management skills
