**Responsibilities**:
**_HR Duties _**
- Assist with monthly payroll and OT calculations.
- Maintain and update workers’ attendance & leave records.
- Handle matters related to workers’ insurance, dormitory, and training.Prepare HR-related documents such as employment contract, confirmation letter, termination letter & etc.

**_Admin Duties _**
- Prepare invoices and update monthly reports.
- Process of customer and supplier invoices, credit & debit note, and verifying supporting documents.
- Issue & monitoring purchase order.
- Perform general admin tasks including data entry and documents filing.Handle other administrative & ad-hoc duties as required.

**Requirements**:

- Minimum GCE ‘O’ Level, Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent.
- Ably to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong attention to detail & good organizational skills.
- Willingness to learn and grow.
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel.
- On the job training provided.
