**RESPONSIBILITIES**
The incumbent will assemble and lead a team to pilot small redesign projects for quick wins and to introduce the redesign concept to the organization.
This will include establishing a framework that can be rolled out across the organization and developing capability in the businesses and functions to execute their own redesign projects.
In its stable state existence, this role is an SME and center of excellence lead for redesign, supporting efforts of businesses and functions and where relevant leading on projects of scale.
**Responsibilities**:
- Establish a framework for job redesign process
- Assemble a pilot redesign team
- Engage with business leads, department heads and other stakeholders with a view to identifying pilot projects (including articulating business case)
- Develop the overall plan which includes:
- Job elements review and analysis
- Reconfiguration of existing elements/addition of new elements/dropping elements to arrive at redesigned job
- Identification of capabilities that need to be developed
- Change impact assessment and mitigation (including training on tech, new ways of working etc)
- Establish competency model for job redesign roles
- Network and stay connected with novel approaches to work redesign with a view to curating and introducing to FPG where relevant
- Conceptualization and execution of a Job Redesign Certification Course with a view to embedding JR capability in each BU/CF
**QUALIFICATIONS**
- Experience leading cross functional projects will be advantage
- Effective communicator with a strong analytical focus with the ability to simplify complicated situations into key focus areas
- Good business acumen with the ability to identify where the true value of a process lies
- Working knowledge and appreciation of how technology can be applied as a disruptor and enabler
