We are seeking a dedicated **PROJECT MANAGER**to join our dynamic team at **Max Interior Pte Ltd**, a leading Renovation company in the East Region. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for overseeing and coordinating all aspects of our exciting renovation projects, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget and to the highest standards.

**Responsibilities**:

- Collaborate closely with clients, designers, consultants and subcontractors to ensure seamless project execution
- Develop and manage detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets
- Monitor project progress, identify and mitigate risks, and implement corrective actions as needed
- Coordinate the procurement of materials, equipment, and labor resources
- Ensure all projects comply with relevant building codes, safety regulations, and quality standards
- Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on project status and performanceMentor and support junior members of the project team

**Requirements**:

- Minimum 5 years of proven experience in renovation project management
- Excellent understanding of renovation workflows, planning, and cost management
- Strong communication, problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
- Proficient in using project management software and tools like AutoCAD and Microsoft Office.
- Diploma or Degree in Interior Design, Construction, or a related fieldAbility to work independently and manage multiple projects.
