**About Lumen**

**The Main Responsibilities**:
Supporting the APAC business on the following:

- Provide timely customer off-net quoting through internal systems quotes and product process for quotes/RFP (request for proposal) requests.
- Manage and negotiate with carriers/vendors to reach optimal competitive pricing while meeting customer bid requirements.
- Work with sales teams/other internal teams to ensure the correct solution/off-net costing with any technical requirements met and KMZ/network diagrams as needed.
- Perform effective engagement with stakeholders and carriers/vendors and partners for bid submission and completion.
- Work with internal teams to build market database of off-net pricing for market analysis.
- Provide relevant reports as required on bids and business as usual (BAU) pricing requests as required by management.
- Drive projects and initiatives to improve and support any process improvement initiatives.
- Lead and manage automation project initiatives for platform enablement and quoting capabilities.
- Responsible for data analytics for assigned countries quoting activities, build meaningful reports for analysis to drive efficiency.
- Any other duties or projects as assigned by reporting manager

**The Role**:
The analyst will act as the off-net quoting contact for off-net products and services sourcing across Lumen APAC region together with the rest of the off-net quoting team in APAC.

Off-net quoting activities will include but not limited to, identification of off-net products and services availability and options, leading negotiation and sourcing strategies, partnering with stakeholders and carriers/vendors to ensure the best suited cost strategy is quoted.

The analyst will also be responsible for own assigned countries (APAC) off-net strategy and day to day off-net quoting assignments. Additionally, the analyst will be responsible to meet the timelines goals per business SLAs (service level agreements) in support of Sales activities.

Strong communications skills are required to work with carriers/vendors, Sales, and other key stakeholders.

Good tertiary qualifications in any discipline.

Proven relevant working experience in similar industry companies.

Experience in IT/Telecommunications/Info communications industry/ or sourcing role is advantageous.

Knowledge in network sourcing/acquisition including Metro, Internet and Wavelengths will be an advantage.

Good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate with all levels of the business.

Strategic negotiations experience with technology carriers/vendors.

Able to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment.

Experience with data/metrics driven mindset to learn and improve.

Agile and able to adapt to changing conditions and priorities.
