Senior Product Manager - Trading Platforms

**Position Overview**:
As the Senior Product Manager for our Trading Platform, you will be responsible for leading the development of the Axi trading platform. Your role will focus on positioning the platform against competitors, solving real customer needs and pains, and establishing a differentiated product that attracts new traders and investors. You will drive the integration of capabilities from recent acquisitions and translate these into market advantages.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Take ownership of the product vision, objectives, and roadmap.
- Test assumptions, prioritize decisions based on customer testing and data, and make decisions that deliver outcomes.
- Develop a framework for customer testing and data-driven prioritization.
- Lead the end-to-end product development process, from ideation to launch.
- Define detailed product requirements and user stories.
- Prioritize features, enhancements, and bug fixes based on customer feedback and business priorities.
- Work closely with engineering teams to ensure timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
- Drive the integration of capabilities from recent acquisitions to differentiate the trading platform.
- Assess new opportunities and recommend new sources of revenue and profit that fit the business strategy.
- Explore new or expanded markets, enhanced products/services, or new ways of working.
- Advocate for the end-user experience and ensure the trading platform meets the needs of our users.
- Gather and analyze customer feedback to continuously improve the product.
- Conduct user testing and usability studies to validate product concepts and designs.
- Develop a strong understanding of the external competitive environment and emerging technologies.
- Understand the problem/solution space of our target customers.
- Deliver recommendations on how to win in the market in terms of acquiring and retaining customers and delivering profitable outcomes.
- Partner with design, marketing, sales, and support teams to ensure successful product launches and adoption.
- Support the alignment of other business roadmaps around the key capabilities that support the product in the market.
- Develop go-to-market strategies and work with marketing to create effective product messaging and positioning.
- Provide training and support to sales and customer support teams.

**Qualifications**:

- 5+ years of product management experience, preferably in the financial services or trading industry.
- Proven track record of successfully launching and managing complex software products.
- Strong understanding of trading platforms and financial markets.
- Excellent strategic thinking and problem-solving skills.
- Strong analytical skills and data-driven decision-making.
- Exceptional communication and presentation skills.
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in product management tools and methodologies.
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, Computer Science, or a related field. MBA or advanced degree is a plus.
