**About Agora Preschool**

Agora Preschool places an emphasis on providing a genuinely personalised experience for each child. Our innovative and creative teachers, along with differentiated and tiered lessons, offer an opportunity that challenges each individual to reach their full potential.

**Responsibilities**:

- Aid the preparation and delivery of appropriate lesson plans based on the 6 domains.
- Help facilitate opportunities that encourage skill, content learning, individual expression and creativity.
- Help to develop strategies and guide diverse learning and development needs.
- Help to motivate students and staff to work productively and responsibly.
- Help prepare and maintain dynamic learning stations.
- Meet regularly with the team to develop planning, assessment, and student progress across the curriculum strands.
- Help to identify children that need extra support to meet class goals across development areas, and assist the main class teacher by working 1:1 with specific children when necessary.

**Requirements**:

- Fundamentals in Early Childhood teaching is good but not necessary. Diploma or higher qualification. Diploma in Care and Programme (Student Services & Coaching) is an advantage, but not necessary.
- Passion for working with children.
- Great communication and classroom management skills
- Creative, enthusiastic, and energetic, with a positive mindset to learn and grow

Pay: $1,800.00 - $2,500.00 per month
