Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for ensuring the overall technical integrity of the design and shall work closely with the Engineering Manager and the discipline Lead Engineers
- Ensure the oil and gas facility is designed to meet the performance guarantees and operational test criteria as per client requirements and Basis of Design
- Implement the technology qualification activities as outlined in the technology qualification plan with the objective of obtaining a Certificate of Fitness for Purpose from a recognised authority (as applicable)
- Ensure consistent engineering and design deliverables are produced from all execution centres
- Ensure system owners are clearly defined
- Ensure common engineering work methods, systems and tools are applied
- Ensure compliance with technical specifications by suppliers and subcontractors
- Ensure applicable technical lessons learnt are captured and incorporated in the design
- Support the Faultless Project Delivery programme through the appropriate management of technical risks
- Ensure integrity of interface data exchange
- Ensure overall engineering integration
- Project compliance with the technical requirements of contract
- Project compliance with the KBR corporate technology standards
- Manage technology risks and mitigation plans including oversight of mitigations for technology qualification activities
- Oversight of process licensor work (as applicable)
- Review of performance test procedures (as applicable)
- Support compliance with Class, Government and Industry requirements
- Liaise with the global KBR Technology Group
- Support the technical change management assessment / approval process
- Ensure that all engineering deliverables produced across the project are in compliance with the applicable project requirements / Basis of Design
- Provide a culture of technical integrity and deliver the engineering design and integrity management
- Provide strong technical leadership

Job Requirements:

- Engineering Degree with minimum 15 years’ of relevant experience in Offshore Oil and Gas Projects
- Prior experience of similar Technical Integrity Manager role on similar projects
- Ability to lead and drive the team to success
- Ability to build constructive and positive relationship with the client and other key stakeholders
