[What the role is]

EXECUTIVE / ENGINEER (INTELLIGENT TRANSPORT SYSTEMS DEVELOPMENT)

[What you will be working on]

You will be involved in the design, development, testing and conducting live trials for the next generation Traffic Lights Control System. This entails integrating V2X use cases and AI as part of the software design, implementation, testing, commissioning, and maintenance activities, including technical feasibility study, project planning, design and documentation review.

You will collaborate with the Project team, internal and external stakeholders to ensure the successful development and testing of the next generation Traffic Lights Control Pilot and be actively involved in other innovation projects in the domain of V2X.

[What we are looking for]
- Tertiary Qualification in Information Technology/Computer

Science/Engineering or equivalent; knowledge in Traffic Engineering will be

advantageous.
- At least 1 year of experience in IT system implementation projects, system

testing, cybersecurity, or Traffic controls systems. Those without working

competencies.
- Knowledge of front-end languages and libraries (e.g. HTML/CSS,

JavaScript).
- Knowledge of back-end languages (e.g. C++, Java, Python) and frameworks

(e.g. Angular, React, Node.js).
- Familiar with databases (e.g. MySQL, MongoDB), web servers (e.g. Apache)

and UI/UX design.
- Knowledge in Data analytics, visualization tools will be advantageous.
- Keen interest in the development and operations of complex systems.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to

collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and external

stakeholders.
