**The Role**

**Key responsibilities**:

- Lead transformation workstreams
- You will kick off the implementation phase with the OU leads (both client and WPP)
- Oversee the creation of the implementation plan and ensure milestones are monitored and delays reported to the StudioX Lead.
- Lead OU workshops which includes ensuring global consistency of design, supporting OU leads in defining agenda, identifying attendees, definingkey outcomes/outputs, assigning clear owners and deadlines for action items
- Responsible for creating output deck following workshops (capturing OU nuances / modifications to process) and defining local playbook
- Partner with key OU stakeholders to build MVP launch roadmap and work with global leadership on risks/mitigations to plan
- Have stewardship of globally consistent rollout of new StudioX capabilities (MVP next)
- Onboarding new team members
- Leading on creating, developing and implementing new processes, ways of working and tools
- Building processes and tools and managing change to drive efficiency and consistency in processes.
- Oversee implementation of new capabilities into StudioX in a globally consistent manner
- Create OU specific roadmaps for new implementations and oversee responsible teams
- Oversee organisation of training and onboarding
- Collaborate with Implementation Leads across OUs to share learnings and best practices
- Ensure all key people know their roles in the StudioX implementation process and are adhering to deadlines
- Partner with Capability Leads on the coordination of training requirements in the new StudioX process
- Collaborate with all OU Implementation Directors to ensure learnings are shared between OUs
- Support client and Capability Leads once StudioX is up and running on iterating and improving the ways of workingOversee implementation of new capabilities into StudioX in a globally consistent manner
- Create OU specific roadmaps for new implementations and oversee responsible teams
- Oversee organisation of training and onboarding
