Our client is looking for a Business Excellence Manager to Lead and maintain Company’s Continuous Improvement Programmes.
**Responsibilities**:
- Strong in developing, implementing and monitor of Quality, EH&S Management Systems to ensure compliance of regulatory requirements.
- **Involved in handling**EH&S and ISO14064.
- Provide consultation to Business Units/Divisions on WorkPlace Quality and Safety policies and procedures.
- Responsible for handling the investigation, risks and control measures of all implementation procedure.
- Handle Health & Environmental policies and procedures.
- **Strong in Management of Safety and Health system Workplace Safety & Health legislations.**:
- Develop and present training on plant safety/fire safety audits on the operation and drive continuous improvement on Safety & Health performance.
- Work with Business Units Group policies, procedures and processes.Expereince in establishing roadmap and Safety system, implement Safety Operating Procedures and guidelines.
**Requirements**:
- **Knowledge of Quality, EH&S Management systems, like ISO14001, ISO45001, and others certification schemes, ISO14064, ISO50001, ISO22301 will be added advantage**:
- Degree qualified in Engineering disciplines; preferred Environmental, Health and Safety or Sustainability related
- **Possess WSHO Certification.**:
- **Certified Audit Lead Assessor (preferred)**:
- **Experience as a Workplace Safety and Health Officer (RSO)**:
- Coordinate the internal and external audits
- **Domain in any of the followings Laboratory, Offices, Buildings, Rail, Road, Healthcare, Government, Medical or Chemical**Minimum Diploma or Degree in Safety, Health & Environment Management or equivalent
