**What the role is**
- To develop and scale-up programmes which are sustainable and effective, to enhance impact and benefits to residents and CDC’s other stakeholders - To connect corporate and community partners and volunteers, to serve and meet the varied needs of residents and beneficiaries, creating a multiplier effect and a culture of giving back
**What you will be working on**
- Assist Deputy General Manager and Senior Manager in strategic planning for the development of partnership and outreach programmes that are in line with organisation’s objectives, to meet community needs. - Lead and guide a team of Managers/Assistant Managers to work closely with North West CDC’s Council Members to conceptualise, plan and implement community programmes (e.g. fundraising, ground up projects, youth groups, food distribution drives) to meet the needs of the community. - Lead and oversee development and implementation of joint projects/programmes with community stakeholders. - Build and strengthen relationship with existing stakeholders (i.e. schools, corporate, community organisations), and develop new networks and contacts to enhance the reach and impact of programmes. - Manage the partnership strategy and oversee the development and regular upkeep of exchanges with partners, in order to formulate data-driven approaches to engage partners effectively. - Supervise and guide Managers/ Assistant Managers to ensure project targets are met. To plan relevant targets for and with Managers/Assistant Managers. - Manage staff administrative matters such as performance appraisals and leave. - Coordinate and submit progress reports, provide feedback, recommend changes and improvements to North West CDC’s Council. - Lead or contribute in Task Forces/Committees as required. - Performs other duties as assigned by Deputy General Manager/ Senior Manager, such as leading projects, reviews, and communications with other departments at North West CDC.
**What we are looking for**
- At least 3 years of relevant working experience
