- The People team is at the forefront of building talents capabilities within our organization. Like us, you have a passion for people, culture, and learning. You take pride in fostering the development of our Finance employees to enhance both their personal and career progression within the team. In this role, you will work closely with the team to evaluate and implement Finance-wide developmental programs which aim to attract, develop, and manage our talent pool with Sea Finance.
- Plan, manage and execute learning & development initiatives from end to end, such as Learning Needs Analysis (LNA) and learning competency frameworks.
- Develop content in soft skill topics (e.g. problem-solving, seeking feedback, effective presentation) with clear learning outcomes.
- Utilize relevant instructional design methodologies and adult learning principles to create effective learning experiences.
- Conduct training sessions for employees at various levels within the organization, incorporating tailored training methodologies.
**Job Requirements**:
- 5 - 8 years of working experience in the learning & development field. Prior experience in end-to-end training design and eLearning creation is a plus.
- Good degree from a recognized university
- Passionate about people, culture, and learning
- Being highly organized and meticulous
- Able to work independently with cross-functional teams in a fast-paced and dynamic environment
- Possess strong coordination and project management skills
- Demonstrate exceptional communication competency, both oral and written, in a diverse culture
- Have a strong affinity for critical thinking, creative thinking, content creation, and result orientation
