**Job Title**: Management Trainee

**Report To**: Management Manager

**Job Type**: Full-Time/Contract

**Job Overview**:
**Key Responsibilities**:

- Participate in a structured training program that includes rotations through key departments (e.g., sales, marketing, operations, finance).
- Engage in hands-on learning experiences, gaining insights into the company’s operations and culture.
- Assist in the execution of departmental projects, contributing to planning, implementation, and evaluation.
- Learn from different department managers (e.g., marketing, R&D, productivity, finance, recruitment)
- Take ownership of specific initiatives, ensuring adherence to quality standards.
- Collaborate with various teams to understand different functions and how they contribute to organisational goals.
- Foster relationships with colleagues to facilitate effective communication and teamwork.
- Set personal development goals and objectives with a supervisor.
- Participate in regular performance reviews to assess progress and areas for improvement.
- Interact with customers to gain insights into their needs and expectations.
- Participate in customer service initiatives to enhance client satisfaction and retention.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, Marketing or a related field.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
- Experience in internships or part-time roles related to management or business operations.
- Familiarity with project management tools and techniques.
- Demonstrated leadership experience in academic or extracurricular activities.

**Working Conditions**:

- Office hours, Monday to Friday.
- Flexibility in working hours may be required based on departmental needs.
- Some travel may be necessary for training, meetings, or site visits.
