This is a great opportunity to join Delta Capita’s fast-growing Post Trade Services (PTS) Business working with some of the world’s leading financial institutions.

Streamlined and resilient post-trade processing reduces overheads for firms and should enable financial services to be more efficient, improve client service, and operate at a lower cost base. It also improves market participants’ ability to manage their risks effectively, which ultimately makes financial services more resilient. Delta Capita helps clients in facing new post-trade regulatory requirements, such as trade and transaction reporting, by offering solutions tailored to specific outcomes.

**Roles & Responsibility**
- Responsible for the timely and accurate capture and checkout of trades
- Liaise with trading, sales, and relevant teams to resolve trade discrepancies with counterparties
- Monitor and process trade lifecycle events, including trade confirmation, settlement, and lifecycle events
- Control, reconcile, and resolve trade processing exceptions to minimize operational risk
- Collaborate with technology teams to implement new business initiatives, strategic projects, new processing platforms and system enhancements
- Work closely with legal/compliance, IT, and project teams to analyze and implement new regulatory reforms
- Perform and enhance daily control processes for regulatory reporting to ensure compliance with local regulations.
- Provide back-up support and management oversight for other functional teams within Singapore Branch Operations.
- Support the implementation of new business initiatives and strategic projects.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or a related field
- 10-15 years of experience in an operations role within a global investment bank
- Deep expertise in trade support for Commodities or Fixed Income OTC products, including trade lifecycle management, reconciliation, and exception handling.
- Proven ability to lead projects, implement new initiatives, and supervise teams
- Proven ability to lead and motivate teams, drive process improvements, and deliver results under tight deadlines
- Detail-oriented with a strong focus on risk management and operational excellence
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in relevant financial systems and tools
