**Infrastructure System Administrators**

Job Title: Infrastructure System Administrator

Work Location: Jurong East, Singapore

**About the Job**

**Primary Responsibilities**:
1. Handling backup operations and tapes management.

2. Handle daily system administration and operation tasks.

3. Administrating servers and IT infrastructure appliances.

4. Troubleshooting server technical problems.

6. Assist and support infrastructure projects.

7. Performing monthly preventive maintenance (3rd Saturday of each month) and adhoc systems support.

9. Handling software installation requests and licensing.

10. DR server recovery and server verification.

11. Maintain and update systems documentation and server inventory.

12. Participate in all internal or external audits.

13. Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the corporation.

**Job Requirements**:
1. A Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science/Engineering, IT or related field.

2. At least 3 years of experience in Windows operating systems for Servers and PCs.

3. Proficient in IIS, SMTP, FTP, DNS, DHCP, WINS.

4. Proficient in Active Directory (FSMO, Site replication), Windows Server Update Services (WSUS), Microsoft Systems Management Server (SMS), and Commvault backup system.

5. Knowledgeable in File & Print services, MS SharePoint 2010/2013, VMware, and basic networking concepts.

6. Knowledge in the following area will be an added advantage:
a. Supporting Windows Servers

b. Experience of managing 20-30 Windows Servers in current or past employment

c. Experience in IT Security Infrastructure solutions, security processes/procedures & audit compliant

d. Proven skills in infrastructure system design, implementation, and integration in operationally sensitive production environments.

7. Good communication skills.

8. Able to adapt to changing environments.
