**Job Overview**:
The Senior Analyst, Procurement is responsible for managing select categories of food & packaging across Asia Pacific for all RBI Brands. The position also is responsible for devising innovative and cost-effective sourcing strategies, leading negotiations with external vendors on cost-reduction initiatives and supporting franchisees from start to end during new country entries. In addition, the position works with other functions within the organization including Field, Marketing, Quality Assurance, and Global Supply Chain. The RBI APAC Procurement team is responsible for a total annual spend of over USD $1.3bn through managing all aspects of RBI APAC's Food, Packaging and CAPEX categories. The Procurement Manager will be a key part of this operation.

**Responsibilities**:

- Develop and maintain full Sourcing Strategies for assigned Food, Packaging and CAPEX
- Work with the RBI field, franchisee teams and suppliers to identify and then execute opportunities to optimize sourcing and reduce food costs
- Run full Tender processes
- Own and build selected supplier relationships to consistently improve Supplier Performance: Cost/Service/Innovation
- Support franchisees in setting up the supply chain whenever a brand is entering a new market. Liaise with suppliers to onboard them into RBI system, develop and prepare the menu products in time for market launch

**Qualifications**:

- Degree in Business, Finance, or related academic field
- More than 2 years of professional experience
- Preferred experience in Business, Supply Chain, Finance, Operations, or related field
- Preferred experience in Advertising Industry, Food & Beverage Industry, QSR Industry, or related industry
