**Responsibilities:
- Provide professional advice and assistance to all assigned Sponsoring Departments of the Corporation in all tendering / contractual matters from the inception of the project till the close out of contracts
- Preparation of Invitation to Tender (ITT) documents for various services and administration of Tender process
- Perform Tender evaluation, negotiations, selection of Contractors, and reporting to senior management
- Preparation of contracts in coordination with engineering and HQ legal team
- Provide contracts administration for EPCIC including documentation of letters, review of correspondence between Company and Contractor, handling claims and variations, verifications of the payment claims, preparation of documentation and advice to support dispute resolution and other necessary contract support during the entire phases of the Project
- Provide general coordination related to contract management including Execution of Contract and expeditious development of Contract documents; Record and publish Meeting Memos and chair a Meeting as required: Review work/service scopes of tenders, finalization of tender documentation including preparation /review/finalization of terms and condition and pricing mechanism.
- Prepare contract documents, incorporating the effect of all clarifications, negotiations, and qualifications
- Management of contracts by rendering contractual support in the form of drafting contractual correspondences, evaluation of changes/variations and processing Change Requests, issuing Variations/Amendments to Contracts, evaluation of claims, resolving disputes, and closing out Contracts
- Ensure that contract/procurement strategies, tenders, contracts, and variations are in full compliance with Company Regulations and various procedures
- Maintain strict confidentiality and ethics on all contractual matters. Propagate and maintain zero harm culture.
- Liaison with O&M Personnel and EPCIC/ EPC Contractors.
- Coordinate with the Development personnel for all the project development phases.
- Any other tasks assigned by the Contracts and Procurement Manager

**Qualification**:

- BSc Degree in Engineering Discipline, Law, Business Administration, or equivalent. A postgraduate qualification in Contract Management or Project Management is desirable from a reputable university or equivalent-level institute
- Must have at least 10~15 years of experience in the Oil and Gas industry (FPSO / SUBSEA)
- Extensive proven practical experiences in contract management in the execution of **EPCIC **in Oil and Gas projects and subsea project experience would be preferred
- Willing to transfer internationally and be prepared to spend extended durations at the various contract work sites
- Be able to work independently with little supervision but a strong sense of responsibility
- A good command of verbal and written English and Mandarin to liaise with Chine-speaking Counterpart
- Work experience in the South East Asia region would be advantageous
