We are looking for a Fundraising Senior Executive to assist in fundraising efforts and build strategic partnerships for the Home. This position will report to the Assistant Manager of Corporate Affairs.

**Responsibilities**
- Identify, plan and execute fundraising initiatives
- Develop and craft impactful fundraising communication materials such as appeal letters, direct mailers and social media campaigns
- Build and strengthen relations with existing portfolio of donors and volunteers, as well as reach out to prospective donors and corporate partners
- Organise annual key fundraising events such as Flag Day, Recognition Night
- Provide support for fundraising-related content for in-house and external publications (e.g. article contributions covering fundraising events)
- Provide secretariat support for sub-committee and project committee meetings
- Assist in department projects and other duties as assigned
- Required to work on some weekends, after office hours and public holidays to support organisation’s events

**Requirements**:

- A recognized degree with minimum 5 years working experience in fundraising
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Good team player
- Organized and meticulous, paying attention to details
