**Job Description**:
You will be part of our Tech Lead team focused on developing, maintaining, and enhancing our Avaloq software. As a Tech Lead Wealth and Front you’re the technical expert of our web banking, mobile and wealth management technologies as much as a guide and coach for all developers (incl. externals)

**Your team (Regional CTO APAC & MEA)**

Your team consists of highly skilled Software Engineers and Consultants, helping our customers to implement and enhance Avaloq core, digital and surrounding ecosystems. We follow an agile process, working closely within the team but also with other related teams and clients to implement and enhance Avaloq core and maintain existing ones in live use.

The team works with clients and partners to develop and deliver innovative solutions to meet market demands and help shape the solutions for our clients.

**Your key tasks**
- Be the bridge between our Domain Architects and the local development team and guide the team’s technical decisions
- Keep the team (incl. externals) technology wise together - ensure that architectural patterns are adhered
- Mediate technical discussions and in case no agreement can be reached, take the decision by considering technical and economic feasibility, business strategies, architectural guidelines, and other constraints
- Establishing coding and design patterns and be responsible for every line of code and every significant change also for non-functional aspects
- Align and exchange with Domain Architects if architectural decisions are needed and make sure that architectural pattern get defined

**Qualifications**:
**What you need**
- In-depth knowledge in software engineering focusing on technologies like JavaScript, Angular, RESTful API, JBOSS EAP, OpenShift, Git, Bitbucket, Maven, Gradle, Jenkins and Java
- strong conceptual skills and analytical mind with a structured and autonomous approach to work on complex technical problems, excellent interpersonal skills
- Approach issues and process management with a solution-focused attitude
- You are fluent in English (written and spoken)

**It would be a real bonus if you have**
- Experience with Avaloq systems and technologies
- Involvement in Software projects
- Experience in working with and configuring of IAM and WAF
- Knowledge in Liferay DXP
