Position Overview: Public Relations and Marketing Assistant Manager Job Overview We are looking for a talented and experienced Public Relations & Marketing Assistant Manager to join our team in Singapore. In this role, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic public relations & marketing initiatives to establish and expand our brand presence in the region. You will work closely with the Global Head of Sales and Marketing to plan and execute public relation campaigns, develop marketing strategies, manage social media, and create content.

Key Responsibilities
- Collaborate with the Global Head of Sales and Marketing to plan and execute public relation campaigns tailored for the Singapore market.
- Assist in crafting persuasive press releases, media pitches, and marketing materials to promote brand's holistic health offerings and eco-sustainable practices.
- Cultivate relationships with key media outlets, journalists, blogger and influencers in Singapore to secure media coverage and feature stories.
- Contribute to the development of comprehensive marketing strategies focused in attracting regional market to visit the resort for wellness or medically supervised retreats.
- Conduct market research to understand local health and wellness trends, identifying opportunities for targeted marketing efforts.
- Collaborate with the Marketing team based in the Philippines to plan content that resonates with regional market including targeted campaigns for Singapore.
- Work closely with the creative team based in Philippines to assist in developing marketing materials and visuals that resonate with the regional audience.
- Contribute to the creation of posts, articles, and other content that showcases the brand's unique health and wellness offerings. Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Public Relations, Marketing, or a related field.
- 3+ years of experience in public relations & marketing, preferably in the health and wellness industry.
- Strong understanding of public relations and marketing principles.
- Excellent communication and writing skills.
- Proven track record of developing and executing successful marketing campaigns.
- Passion for health and wellness.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite. Benefits
