Singapore SYNAPSCO SG PTE. LTD. Full time

CAPEX and MOC projects as well as ensuring compliance to Company specifications and standards. You will schedule, plan, forecast, resource,manage and coordinate all the technical field activities aiming at assuring project cost and quality from conception to completion.

**Responsibilities**:

- Lead site safety and field quality checks
- Site survey and execution feasibility check
- Supervise on-site contractual administration and specification compliance
- Serve as Company/ project single point of contact for on-site subcontractor management
- Interface with operations for execution windows and ensure compliance to Company permit-to-work system
- Report progress, subcontractor performance, initiatives and concerns to Company representatives.
- Verify site progress and endorse subcontractor invoices/ work completion certificates
- Participate in Pre Startup Safety review walks and record punchlists for follow-up actions
- Prepare site execution schedules and discuss with Operations for safe execution of the work
- Prepare/ assists cost estimates for the project and technical bid analysis for recommendation to Company representatives

Requirements and skills:

- Proven working experience as Construction Lead with at least 8 years experience working in EPC projects
- Excellent knowledge of permit-to-work systems
- Safety Leader and ability to coach/ mentor subcontractor field supervisors and workers
- Knowledge of MS Office skills
- Familiarity with rules, regulations, best practices and performance standards
- Ability to work with multiple discipline projects
- Construction management and supervision skills
- Decision making ability and leadership skills
- Time management and organization skills
- BS degree in Engineering or relevant field
