Software Architect

We're looking for a passionate and experienced Software Architect to join our high-performing team and take the lead in designing, building, and deploying scalable, secure, and reliable software systems using cutting-edge technologies like Kubernetes, OpenShift, GitOps, and microservices.
**Responsibilities**:
- Lead the Design and Implementation of Microservices Architecture: Craft elegant and efficient microservices architectures that are modular, loosely coupled, and highly scalable.
- Technology Agnostic, Yet Opinionated: Stay ahead of the curve with the latest technologies, but have a strong foundation in core principles and best practices.
- Bridge the Gap: Foster collaboration between development, operations, and security teams to break down silos and achieve operational excellence. Mentor and Inspire: Share your knowledge and experience, guiding junior engineers and architects to reach their full potential.
**Qualifications**:
- Have 5+ years of experience as a software architect or senior software engineer.
- Possess a deep understanding of distributed systems, containerization, and cloud-native technologies.
- Are fluent in Kubernetes, OpenShift, and GitOps methodologies.
- Have a strong grasp of microservices architecture principles and design patterns.
- Thrive in fast-paced environments and enjoy taking ownership and accountability.
- A skilled communicator and collaborator who can bridge technical and non-technical audiences.
- Have experience with CI/CD pipelines and automation tools.
- Have a passion for open-source technologies and communities
