**About the role**

Here at fit - bloc, we’re always on the go — join our marketing team and hit the ground running Gain an in-depth knowledge of who we are, what we do, and how we shape our identity as one #fitblocfam. We’re on the lookout for creative and detail-oriented team players with an eye for design and great communication skills, and who can thrive in our dynamic, fast-paced environment.

Your key responsibilities:
**Marketing**
- Ideating and developing key marketing messages, campaigns, and content across multiple channels, streamlining communications on online and offline platforms
- Producing and designing marketing collaterals on both print and digital platforms
- Acquiring leads and maintaining membership channels through digital platforms, nurturing existing leads through community engagement and expanding on the brand loyalty programme
- Assisting with the development of the launch of a range of new retail products
- Assisting with the planning and execution of events according to the marketing calendar
- Coordinating photoshoots for events, marketing campaigns, and retail launches
- Execute marketing activity across various platforms for a range of retail products
**Customer Service**
- Front desk responsibilities, including welcoming and engaging our guests during the check-in process
- Providing support to our clients regarding membership queries, bookings, and retail purchases
**We’re looking for team players with**:

- Diploma and higher
- Excellent communication skills
- Familiarity with using basic design tools (eg. Canva) and social media platforms (eg. Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok)
- Proficiency in Adobe suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, Premiere Pro)
- Experience with graphic design is a plus

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: $2,000.00 - $2,800.00 per month
