**The Day-to-Day Activities**:

- Drive the data platform product strategy by collaborating with engineering counterparts, stakeholders, and doing research
- Work backwards from internal or external users in order to build solutions for complex problems
- Understand the considerations, constraints, and perspective of stakeholders and bring this context to the engineering teams
- Come up with product ideas, doing product discovery to identify the right opportunities
- Drive adoption of data platforms at Grab by working closely with stakeholders to help them adopt, onboard, and engage frequently
- Ensure the data platform has great usability and provides convenient interfaces for both technical and non-technical users

**The Must-Haves**
- 4+ years in product management, preferably at a tech company
- Passion and Bias for action to deliver incredible customer experiences
- Strong analytical mind-set and are at your best working with factual data and metrics
- You speak the language of engineers and are comfortable engaging in high-level technical discussions
- You’re able to explain technical topics to a non-technical audience and business topics to a technical audience
- You have platforms for technical users before
- You feel comfortable being the point of contact for senior and international stakeholders
- You bring a strong experience in all stages of the product lifecycle

- Bonus points: Programming experience, avid Grab user.
