Position Overview:
We're on the hunt for an independent thinker who is driven to make an impact. As a Junior Marketing Specialist at Pineapple MMA, you'll have the autonomy to contribute to and shape our marketing strategies while enjoying the support of a collaborative team. Martial Arts expertise is not mandatory; instead, we value your ability to take initiative and bring fresh perspectives to the table.

**Responsibilities**:
Spearhead and implement innovative marketing strategies to elevate Pineapple MMA's online and offline presence.

Cultivate compelling content for our social media channels, ensuring a captivating and consistent brand narrative.

Execute result-driven marketing campaigns targeting gym memberships, event participation, and merchandise sales.

Independently analyze and report on the performance of marketing initiatives, leveraging data for strategic decision-making.

Forge meaningful relationships with influencers, partners, and the local community to expand Pineapple MMA's footprint.

Exhibit self-motivation and autonomy while seamlessly collaborating with the team to ensure unified marketing efforts.

Qualifications:
Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field.

1-2 years of marketing experience, with a focus on social media and digital marketing.

Adept understanding of social media platforms and emerging trends.

Experience using editing tools.

Experience with Google Analytics, data analysis and date driven approach.

Proven ability to work autonomously, bringing initiative and fresh ideas to the forefront.

Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills.

Excellent written communication and copywriting.

A creative mindset with a penchant for pushing the boundaries of traditional marketing.
