CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is responsible for Food and Food Services and Business Development in Singapore. we import and wholesale Korean Pre-packed food in Singapore, and It also has a 'Bibigo Kitchen' (Delivery to only Korean Restaurants).
Currently, CJ Group is expanding its footprints worldwide to create a global lifestyle where people can enjoy CJ content, products, and services in their everyday lives. CJ SE Asia Pte Ltd is a significant post for expanding business in South East Asia.
DESIGNATION : [CJ SE ASIA] Sales Executive
RESPONSIBILITIES
**Sales function**
- Identify, develop, and secure new customers to contribute to the companys sales targets and growth.
- Establish and manage relationships to achieve sales KPIs.
- Negotiate business terms with key customers.
- Monitor and analyze industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities supported with data analysis.
- Plan, negotiate, and execute marketing and promotion strategies.
- Prepare sales forecast and work with supply chain on order planning from HQ.
- Analyse sales data and prepare relevant reports for management decision-making.
**Merchandising function**
- Lead and manage a team of Merchandisers and Promoters
- Plan job scope and schedule for Merchandisers and Promoters.
- Establish and maintain good relationships with outlet personnel to facilitate promotional activities.
- Negotiate with outlet on space buy rental.
- Analyse and evaluate existing and new space buy rental proposals.
- Any ad-hoc duties assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS
- Minimum 1-3 years experience in modern trade food sales.
- Possess a minimum Diploma in Business Administration or a relevant course.
- Ability to articulate product and/or value offerings.
- Good in computer skills, particularly Excel skills.
- Ability to gather and use data to make informed decision making and persuade others.
- Positive, motivated attitude.
